Monash Food Innovation - New Frontiers Innovation Program 2021
Monash Food Innovation (MFI) in conjunction with Enterprise Singapore and the Singapore Food Manufacturers' Association, completed the New Frontiers Innovation Program 2021. The program was centered around senior (over 65 years) Australians.
Throughout the program, MFI educated the students about our methodology for innovation, which focuses on the initial steps of the product development process. They then applied this to their individual business challenges and worked closely with their 1 of 5 Singaporean SMEs. The students also gained a huge amount of knowledge from workshops led by MFI and our industry partners.
With 11 weeks of tools and insights under the student’s belts, the program culminated in a pitching night, where each group presented their outstanding ideas and received feedback from a panel of industry experts.
