"Global Ready Talent is a great programme to try out talents before bringing them on full time. It helps companies build a steady pipeline of young and qualified talent who could well become our next star employee. The internship has benefits on both sides of the fence, for both the student and the company. As current employees mentor and supervise interns, they also gain valuable leadership skills. This can be a great training for employees who eventually take on management positions. Additionally, interns often bring enthusiasm, motivation, and positive energy. This work ethic and positivity can easily rub off on others, improving the overall culture of the company."
