Previously an Account Manager at Amazon Global Selling, Terence has helped many local Singaporean brands become sellers on Amazon international stores to launch their products overseas.
Gerard Loke - Lead Product Executive, CrimsonLogic
Gerard Loke is an experienced Importer of Record (IOR) specialist with over a decade of experience in managing regulatory affairs and trade compliance. He supports international brand owners and SMEs with comprehensive import management, overseeing end-to-end import processes with an emphasis on regulatory compliance and cross-border trade compliance. His expertise ensures efficient delivery of international shipments and helping clients optimise their import operations.
Hans Faryanto - Program Manager, CrimsonLogic
Hans has over 10 years of experience in the supply-chain industry, having advised companies such as Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Northrop Grumman on optimising their manufacturing supply chain process. His expertise covers complex supply chain strategies to import/export compliance.
Currently, Hans is a Program Manager at CrimsonLogic specializing in e-commerce imports into the U.S. He is responsible for streamlining and optimizing import processes to ensure efficiency and compliance, leveraging his extensive industry knowledge to support major retail operations.
Alex Teo - Industry Transformation Advisor (Food Internationalisation), SFMA
Alex Teo has 14 years of experience in strategic business planning, framework development, and food compliance across the APAC region. He holds a Master's degree in Management, along with diplomas in International Trade and Nutrition Science. He is a Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 22000. Alex has worked in both SMEs and MNCs and is currently helping local SMEs with food export evaluations, focusing on international product design, nutritional and ingredient requirements, allergen management, supply chain, trademarks, and cross-border trade compliance.
