bizSAFE Level 1 Workshop for SFMA Members

To help the industry raise workplace safety and health (WSH) standards in Singapore, bizSAFE was developed as a nationally recognised capability building programme to help companies build WSH capabilities.
Through this complimentary bizSAFE Level 1 workshop co-organised by SFMA and WSH Council, participants will learn about their legal obligations under the WSH Act and how to develop a WSH Policy which includes the commitment to manage terror risks at their workplaces. Participants will also be introduced to the bizSAFE concept and the WSH act and regulations.
Objective: To understand the roles and responsibilities of the company’s Top Management in implementing workplace safety and health
Who should attend: Top Management, Business Owners, Directors, CEOs, Managing Directors, General Managers, Shareholders / Other Stakeholders and anyone who is keen to improve the WSH Standards within the organization. (Capped at 1 pax per company)
- Get a good overview of the Workplace Safety and Health Act, subsidiary regulations, and WSH guidelines.
- Learn about the bizSAFE programme, the risk management system, COVID-19 Safe Management Measures and how to develop a WSH Policy.
- Understand the top management's role in leading WSH and the importance of embracing WSH ownership.
