Singapore's first texture-modified Teochew fishcakes are created for the elderly Singaporeans to savour the good old taste of fishcakes. Nostalgic Teochew Silver and Golden fishcakes are soft textured, meeting IDDSI level 7, 6 and 5 guidelines, allowing ease of swallowing. They provide sources of protein, high in calcium and dietary fibre.
